Holy Communion

For I received from the Lord what I also handed on to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayted took a loaf of bread, and when he had given thanks he broke it and said, 'This is my body that is for you.  Do this in rememberence of me.' - 1 Corinthians 11:23-24

At Living Waters, we celebrate communion each week and at each service.  We are thankful to follow the command of Jesus to invite everyone to the table, celebrating God's promise that began in our baptism.

Who is welcome?

One of the questions we are regularly asked is about who is invited to receive Holy Communion.  Since Living Waters was formed, we've welcomed everyone who has been baptized to recieve Holy Communion.  If you've ever been baptized, you are wecome at the table.

Often, people have more questions.  Pastor Bob (our pastor) has written a letter to help clarify our beliefs about Holy Communion more.  You can read it here.
